Located in the Las Vegas, NV, Jones Inspections brings to you the experience and expertise of an inspector with 22 years of experience in building management, construction and environmental consulting.
Jones Inspections aims at delivering excellent services and quality inspections that satisfy the customers’ needs. Understanding the urgency in real estate transactions, we will work with our customers on flexible scheduling and prompt 24-hour reporting.
Educated, compassionate and personable, Christopher, our Lead Inspector, is akin to providing earnest observations to help homebuyers learn their ways around their new home while adhering to professional integrity and known industry Standards of Practice.
Christopher is a full-time home inspector. Chris and his wife are happy, permanent residents of the Las Vegas Valley, residing in South Summerlin. Chris is happy to answer any questions you may have about Jones Inspections or perhaps the times he went fishing and the only thing he caught was a cold!
I mention all of this because I believe this diverse skill set is essential for home inspecting. All aspects of what I've learned in the past are utilized during the inspection. Anyone can pass a test, but not everyone has the skills, insight and knowledge base it takes to become a professional home inspector. There are many fly-by-night inspectors out there. I am not one of them.

Born and raised next to my grandfather's farm in Pennsylvania, I got a taste of hard work at an early age.
From there, as a teenager I began working for my uncle's general contracting and home remodeling company.
As a free spirited youth, my adventures lead me to Wyoming, a location I called home for almost 17 years.
While there, I continued my construction and home remodeling career. My experience includes everything from remodeling bathrooms to general contracting and home building.
Always in pursuit of knowledge, I decided to go back to college at the tender age of 31 years old. I received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming.
